General (Retired) Rick Hillier
Chief Executive Officer
General (retired) Rick Hillier brings a legacy of leadership as the former Chief of the Defence Staff of the Canadian Forces. Recognized as one of Canada’s most respected military figures, General Hillier led Ontario's vaccination task force during the COVID-19 pandemic. His dedication to our nation has been honoured with the Officer of the Order of Canada for inspiring pride in Canada’s armed forces.

Bryan Riddell
Executive Advisor, Project Lead
Bryan, is a Canadian Army and Special Forces veteran with 12 years of distinguished military service, including combat operations in Iraq and Afghanistan. At present he is CEO of Team Rubicon, a nonprofit organization mobilizing over 3,000 veteran and first responder volunteers for disaster relief missions across the country. Under Bryan’s leadership, Team Rubicon has completed over 100 humanitarian missions, exemplifying resilience and impact.

Executive Advisor, Independent Director
Anthony has extensive experience in government relations and public service, currently serving on the Federal Government’s Independent Advisory Board for Senate Appointments. Anthony has also held senior government roles, including ministerial chief of staff for Veterans Affairs and National Defence. Anthony’s service to Canada has been recognized with the Governor General’s award.
